CALL TO WORSHIP
Everyone worships something. It is inevitable. It’s in our spiritual DNA. We were designed to worship…Some people worship power. Some worship money. Some worship possessions. Some worship themselves. And some people worship the true and living God.
Our character is shaped by the things we worship. People who worship money become greedy. Those who worship power become ruthless. Men who worship women become lustful. People who worship themselves become arrogant. But those who worship the true and living God become like Christ. You will worship today. The only question is, “Who is it that you will worship?”
It is time to meet God. As you enter the room, please sit quietly and prepare your soul to meet God. Prepare to worship Him by reading the Scripture, musing on the words of the music, and in prayer. May God be pleased with our worship of Him. Our children through 3rd grade should leave with our junior church staff when instructed.
